BiteSafe Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective Date: March 2026

These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and Fz.techbridge regarding your use of the BiteSafe mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BiteSafe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BiteSafe for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's usage rules.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use BiteSafe.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Payment and billing are handled by Apple.
• Renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are set by Apple.
• You can manage subscriptions from: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BiteSafe for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Interfere with app security, servers, or related systems.
• Upload content that infringes rights or violates applicable laws.

6. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

BiteSafe provides informational insights generated from submitted menu content and your preferences.

• BiteSafe does not provide medical advice.
• Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified.
• Always consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

BiteSafe, including its software, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by Fz.techbridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of BiteSafe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ../../privacy/bitesafe/index.html.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to BiteSafe at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BiteSafe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fz.techbridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of BiteSafe.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of BiteSafe after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
